Allume

Allume was a collaborative project with Trek bicycles. The goal for this project was to design a system of products that provides a solution for a common issue a bicyclist may come across. We focused on bicycle safety problems, mainly lighting issues and being seen whilst on the road to avoid being struck by a vehicle.

The lighting system consists of three components; both pedals, the center hub, and a back fender. All parts glow to maximize being seen and everything is controlled through the stem hub. It allows the user to use side blinkers, change the color of the lights and also the intensity of the light. Among other features Allume will light up your day.
